This Part 1A Order Form (Relationship Agreement for the provision of Temporary work-seekers) is issued subject to the provisions of the framework agreement RM1570 entered into between the Authority and the Supplier on [insert date of framework agreement dd/mm/yyyy] (“Framework Agreement”). The Supplier agrees to supply the Services specified below on and subject to the terms of this Contract and for the avoidance of doubt the Contract consists of the terms set out in this Part 1A Order Form (Relationship agreement for the provision of Temporary work-seekers) and Part 1B Order Form (Booking form for the provision of Temporary work-seekers) and the Call-Off Terms together with the Schedules thereto.
