These TERMS OF SERVICE (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between Tunebat LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Texas (“Tunebat”) and each user of the Specterr apps, services, features, software, or website (the “Specterr Platform”). All users are required to review and be bound by these Terms in order to participate on the Specterr Platform. You agree to these Terms by installing, accessing, or using the Specterr Platform. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE AS A USER OF THE SPECTERR PLATFORM.
