THIS AGREEMENT is made effective the day of November, 2018 by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana, a municipal corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works (“Board”) and its Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission” and, together, the “City”) and Zach Hurst, an individual (the "Consultant"), and each a “Party” and together the “Parties”.
