This Mobile Application End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you or the legal entity you represent (“Licensee”) and Qorvo International Ltd., on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and Affiliates (“Qorvo,” “our,” or “us”). This Agreement governs Licensee’s use of the Qorvo mobile application(s) that Licensee downloads from an official mobile application store, such as the Apple App Store® or the Google Play Store® (including all related documentation, each, an “Application”). The Applications are licensed, not sold, to Licensee.
