THIS DEVELOPER EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by and between FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH, a Washington nonprofit corporation (hereinafter “DEVELOPER”) and the CITY OF LYNDEN, a Washington municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”). Developer and City may be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
