We refer to the Administration Arrangement (the “Arrangement”), dated November 15, 2007, between the Netherlands Minister for Development Cooperation (the “Minister”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“IBRD”) and the International Development Association (“IDA”) (collectively referred to as the “Bank”) for the above mentioned Trust Fund (TF070709) for the Co-financing of the Ghana Urban Water Project.
