All references to AINS in these Terms and Conditions should be read as “Vendor (immixTechnology, Inc.), acting by and through its supplier, AINS.” DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO- 4315 and this Technical Services Agreement Terms will govern this agreement between the Vendor and Customer (“Parties”).
