made by and between City of Minneapolis, acting by and through its Park and Recreation Board, a body politic and corporate under the laws of Minnesota (“MPRB”), and Hennepin County, Minnesota, a political subdivision of the state of Minnesota (the “County”), and the Metropolitan Council, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (the “Council”). The County and the Council shall be collectively referred to herein as “Grantees.” The parties hereto are hereinafter sometimes each referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of final signature by the Parties.
