On the Acceptance Date, Financier accepts Customer’s offer to borrow the Amount Financed from Financier on the terms and conditions of this Software Funding Agreement. The offer is irrevocable and made pursuant to the Terms and Conditions. Financier may accept or reject the offer in its discretion and may impose any conditions it deems appropriate on acceptance.
