This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective upon approval by the Commission (the “Effective Date”), between McDonald County Telephone Company (“ILEC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, with offices at 704 Main Street, Pineville, MO 64856, and Teleport Communications America, LLC (“CLEC”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 1 AT&T Way, Bedminster, NJ. (CLEC and ILEC may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party,” and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
