(the “LTTEL”), having its principal office at C/O BNE Real Estate Group, 16 Microlab Road, Livingston, New Jersey 07039, and the Borough of Chatham, a Municipal Corporation in the County of Morris and the State of New Jersey (“Borough”), and together with the Entity, the “Parties”.
