These General Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Arkadiah Technology Pte. Ltd. (“Arkadiah”, “we”, “us” or “our”) apply to your access to, and use of, the Arkadiah Infrastructure (as defined below), and its Affiliates (as defined below), including but not limited to, the website [www.arkadiahrestores.earth; natureos.arkadiahrestores.earth; www.arkadiah.earth] (the “Website”). To the extent there is a conflict between any terms of any other agreement you may have with Arkadiah for products, services or otherwise and these Terms, the terms of these Terms shall prevail.
