This Google Apps Education Edition Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Google Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043 (“Google”) and The Chancellor, Masters, and Scholars of the University of Cambridge, a University formed under the laws of England and Wales with an address at The University of Cambridge, The Old Schools, Trinity Lane, Cambridge, CB2 1TN (“Customer”). This Agreement will be effective as of the date signed by Google below (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement governs Customer's access to and use of the Service.
