Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of Massachusetts, this contract is made the 1st day of July, 2013 by the School Committees of Amherst, of Pelham, and of the Amherst-Pelham Regional Schools (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) and the Amherst-Pelham Administrators Association, Massachusetts Teachers Association/National Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association).
