THIS CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of , 2022 by and between NewFields Companies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its affiliates (“NewFields”); and Missoula County, a local governmental entity (“Client”).
