This contract of Employment is made this 1st day of July 2015 by and between the OHLONE COMMUNITY COLLEE DISTRCT of ALAMEDA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, hereinafter referred to as the “District,” and Dr. Gari Browning, hereinafter referred to as the “President/Superintendent.” This Contract of Employment is made and entered into by and between the Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as “Board”) of and on behalf of the Ohlone Community College District (hereinafter referred to as “District”), and the above-named administrator pursuant to Education Code 72411.5, and 87454 and 87458.
