This agreement is an annex to and integral part of the General Credit Agreement (GCA) and all the credit/financing agreements as an annex to this GCA (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Credit Agreement") which have been concluded between the Parties, and the parties irrevocably accept, declare and undertake that the provisions in the Credit Agreement will be valid and binding if there is no provision in this agreement.
