THIS INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “IAA”) is made and entered into by and between the state of Washington, Department of Ecology, hereinafter referred to as “ECOLOGY,” and the State of Washington, Department of Fish and Wildlife hereinafter referred to as the “WDFW” and “CONTRACTOR,” pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter 39.34 RCW.
