This End Buyer License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the Buyer’s use of Montana Instruments Corporation (“MI”)’s Installed or Updated Firmware and Software. This EULA applies to the Buyer of the Product. Any download, acceptance, or use of the Firmware or Software shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of this EULA. If Buyer is a resident of the European Economic Area, by agreeing to this EULA, Buyer expressly agrees to waive theright to withdraw. Defined termsusedhereinbutnototherwisedefined shall havethemeaning givento suchtermsinthe Termsand Conditions of Sale.
