THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this day of October, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between (i) LDG RIDGEVILLE, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (collectively the “Seller”) and (ii) TOWN OF MOUNT AIRY, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Purchaser”).
