This Employment Contract, (“Contract”) is entered into between The University of New Mexico (“UNM” or “University”) and Richard Pitino (“Coach”). The Effective Date of this Contract is May 1, 2023. This Contract supersedes all other agreements between the parties; provided however, that the employment agreement currently in place between the parties (executed in 2021) shall remain in place until the effective date of this Contract. The parties agree that the prior employment agreement shall terminate as of the Effective Date of this Contract, without further action by either party.
