THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this "Lease") is made this day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between WASTE MANAGEMENT, INC. OF TENNESSEE, a Tennessee corporation (the "Landlord"), and the WHITE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL CONTROL & ADOPTION (the "Tenant"). Landlord and Tenant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each as a “Party.”
