This Partial Settlement Agreement (“Settlement”) is made this day of , 2024 (“Effective Date”) between and among the City of Hoboken (“City”), Ravinder Bhalla as Mayor of the City (“Mayor”), the City Council of the City (“Council”), the Planning Board of the City (“Board,” and, collectively with the City, Mayor and Council, “Hoboken”), American Legion Hoboken Post 107, Hoboken World War Veterans Holding Corp. d/b/a/ Veterans Center of Hoboken (collectively the “Veterans Group”) and Hoboken Western Edge, LLC (“Redeveloper”). Each of the City, the Mayor, the Council, the Board, and the Redeveloper is a Party, and collectively they are the Parties to this Settlement.
