The general purpose of t h i s Agreement is t o establish and maintain an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Hospital and the employees in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, and t o provide for the prompt and equitable dis - position of grievances, and t o establish and maintain mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions in the Hospital.
