On May 1, 2017, OCR sent a letter to the College explaining that on April 6, 2017, OCR had received a complaint alleging that certain pages of the College’s website are not accessible to individuals with disabilities. Without admitting fault or liability on the part of the College, all such fault or liability being expressly denied, the College voluntarily agrees to take the actions set forth below to ensure compliance with Section 504 and its implementing regulation and to resolve the above-referenced complaint.
