Public Finance Limited (the “Company”) shall upon my/our successful application advance to me/us as Borrower(s) a personal loan (the “Loan” and which shall mean for the purposes herein the principal amount advanced by the Company or outstanding at any relevant time as the same is reduced from time to time by my/our monthly instalments) subject to and upon the provisions contained in the Loan Application Form (the “Application”), the Personal Loan Agreement (the “Agreement”) and these Terms and Conditions, constituting the entire agreement, and by which I/we, by drawing down the Loan thereafter, shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound.
