Acceptance: This Agreement governs your credit card Account. You promise to pay for all transactions, interest charges and fees assessed on your Account, and any past due amounts. The words "we," "us" and "our" mean First Bank, which is the issuer of your credit card and lender for your Account. The words "you," "your," and "yours" mean everyone responsible for this Account, including the person who applied for the Account and the person to whom we provide the billing statements. The word "card" means each card or other access device, such as Account numbers, that we give you to use your Account.
