THIS MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of January 1, 2023, by and among the City of Saint Paul and the City of West Saint Paul, political subdivisions of the State of Minnesota, hereafter collectively referred to as “Parties,” for mutual assistance in emergency situations.
