MMOG Wiki provides access to or use of these services using software and services supplied by, and subject to the terms of its agreement with MMOG Wiki. This Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property. MMOG Wiki or its affiliates, and suppliers (collectively “MMOG Wiki”) own intellectual property rights in the Software Product. The Licensee’s (“you” or “your”) license to download, use, copy, or change the Software is subject to these rights and to all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If by any reason you violate these terms and conditions, you will cease to use this Software. Not following these terms and conditions can and will result in legal action.
