The authorized Dealer identified below has executed a Dealer Agreement with D’COR VISUALS INC., (“D’COR”) and acknowledges that the Dealer Agreement does not permit Dealer to sell D’COR products over the Internet. Dealer has requested that D’COR authorize Dealer to sell D’COR products on the website identified below (the “Dealer Website”), and D’COR VISUALS is willing to authorize Dealer to sell D’COR products on the Dealer Website provided that Dealer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Internet Addendum to the Dealer Agreement.
