This agreement is an agency agreement between a primary dealer in Government of Canada securities and an indirect bidder who submits bids through the primary dealer when the Bank of Canada offers a term purchase and resale agreement program for private sector money market instruments (also referred to as PRA Program). The primary dealer agrees to act as agent for the indirect bidder according to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
