In consideration of mutual benefits, I agree to abide by the rules as established by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, for Carnaval on the Mile which are made part of this contract. The Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, the volunteers, the City of Coral Gables, the sponsoring organizations, any other duly appointed representatives and the employees, agents, and officers will not be responsible for any injury that may arise to exhibitors or to guests while they are within the space set aside for exhibitors, or for loss or damage to any property from any cause whatsoever during the duration of Carnaval on the Mile. I agree to hold Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, Inc. for Carnaval on the Mile, its volunteers, the City of Coral Gables, the sponsoring organizations, any other duly appointed representatives and the employees, agents, and officers harmless in any such situation.
