This Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement (“Agreement” or “Redevelopment Agreement”), dated January 16, 2018, is entered into on the 21st day of October, 2019, between the Village of Matteson, Illinois, a municipal corporation and non-home rule unit of local government located in Cook County, Illinois and having its office at 4900 Village Commons Matteson, Illinois 60443 (“Village”), and Route 30 & Governors, LLC (“Developer”). The Village and the Developer are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
