This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the parties to the Services Order as of the date both parties have executed the Services Order (the “Effective Date”). By executing a Services Order, the parties agree to be bound by the applicable Services Orders, this Agreement and any other separately executed Services Orders or SOWs incorporating this Agreement. Capitalized terms shall have the meanings defined in the Agreement. In consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in the Agreement, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows.
