The terms and conditions set out below (Terms and Conditions) constitute a binding contract between Wildlands Music Festival Pty Ltd (ACN 634 460 236) of 801 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122 (together the Promoter) and the person holding or using a ticket to the event Wildlands (Event) at Claremont Showgrounds, 1 Graylands Rd, Claremont WA 6010 (Venue) irrespective of whether the ticket was purchased by the person holding or using the ticket and applies to any subsequent holders or recipients of the ticket (you or your).
