hereby makes a payment to the County of Riverside in the amount of $ _ (typically 2% of construction and a $5,000.00 minimum) and agrees that this money is provided as cash payment for drainage facilities maintenance to meet the obligation of the Project per the approved Conditions Of Approval. It is further agreed that the County reserves the right to spend this money for any similar facilities maintenance on a County-wide basis.
