This Agreement for Expert Services (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the University of North Texas (“UNIVERSITY”) and Steward Research Group, d/b/a EMPLOYSTATS (“EXPERT”), which has expertise in the economic and statistical analysis of labor and employment related matters. The UNIVERSITY and EXPERT shall be known collectively as “the Parties” and singularly as “a Party” or the “the Party.”
