This Interlocal Agreement is entered into by and between the Cities of North Bend, Snoqualmie and Issaquah, municipal corporations organized under the laws of the State of Washington. This agreement amends and restates the prior agreements by and between the parties relating to Municipal Court services and facilities. This agreement is made pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, chapter 39.34 RCW, and has been authorized by the legislative body of each jurisdiction.
