These Supplementary Terms for Infrastructure Products Resale (“Supplementary Resale Terms”) apply specifically to the purchase from Dell and resale of Infrastructure Products (as defined below), which is generally subject to and governed by either the then-current applicable Dell entity’s Reseller Terms of Sale/Channel Partner Agreement (which is available on the respective local Dell entity’s website), or the existing resale agreement that you have with Dell, that authorizes you to purchase Dell products directly (e.g. Reseller Framework Agreement), hereafter the “Agreement”.
