This Amendment (the “Amendment”) is entered into by and between National Collegiate Preparatory Public Charter High School, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation (the “School Corporation”), and the DC Public Charter School Board (originally the “Board;” hereinafter; “DC PCSB;” collectively, the “Parties”). It is effective as of the date it is fully executed.
