This Foreign Remittance Services Agreement ("Agreement"), together with the Application for Foreign Remittance Services (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time), states the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Banco do Brasil Americas (“BB Americas Bank”) Foreign Remittance services, which allows you to remit funds to the account of your pre-designated beneficiary at one of the remittance network members (the "Remittance Network Member" or "Beneficiary Bank") listed in the BB Americas Bank Schedule of Fees, Limits, Remittance Network Members and Delivery Methods for Foreign Remittance Services (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time by us, in our sole and absolute discretion, the “FRS Schedule”).
