(“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington State municipal corporation (“City”), and the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District, a Washington State municipal corporation (“Parks District”). This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 39.34 RCW, as well as Chapter 38.52 RCW.
