This Facility User Agreement COVID-19 forms part of the Arena Renal Agreement between WinSport and Calgary Speed Skating Association (the “Licensee”) dated September 28th, 2020. If there is any conflict between this Facility User Agreement and the Arena Rental Agreement, the more stringent provision shall apply.
