This Agreement is between you and Rinnai Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 005 138 769) (the “Company”) concerning your use of (including any access to) the Rinnai Touch Application (together with any materials, information and services available in connection with such application, and any successor application(s) (the “App”). The App, together with the embedded software installed in selected Company products for the purpose of remotely controlling and monitoring such products using the App (the “Product Software”), are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Service.” This Agreement incorporates any additional terms and conditions with respect to the Service that are made available by the Company through the Service, or otherwise made available to you by the Company, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
