THIS CONTRACT made by and between Fort Bend County, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, hereinafter referred to as “County” and the Municipal Utility District No. 157 of Fort Bend County hereinafter referred to as “Political Subdivision,” pursuant to Texas Election Code Sections 31.092 and 271.002 for a joint May 4, 2019 election to be administered by John Oldham, Fort Bend County Elections Administrator, hereinafter referred to as “Elections Administrator.”
