This intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2013, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §11-952 et seq., between the City of Tempe (“Tempe”) and the City of Mesa (“Mesa”). These entities are also collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties.”
