DEPOSITS: We require a 50% deposit of the estimate total amount to reserve the above Event. This amount will be charged upon the signature and acceptance of this agreement. The deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your Event. Not withstanding the forgoing, deposit may not be refunded in the event you cancel all or part of your Event within 10 business days of the event date. Please see “Cancellation Policy” below.
