Subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, We grant to You a non-exclusive licence to Perform and to authorise the Performance of the Music at or from within the Premises. For the purposes of this Agreement the Licence also includes licence to communicate the Music to the public from within the Premises by means of a “music on hold” service and/or other service operated by you as part of the amenities provided to your customers. All rights not expressly granted by this Licence are reserved (see clause 2 overleaf for Exclusions).
