THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR snow removal (“Agreement”) is entered into this 8th day of October, 2021, and effective as of the 1st day of October, 2021, by and between SKY RANCH COMMUNITY AUTHORITY BOARD, a political subdivision and public corporation of the State of Colorado formed pursuant to Sections 29-1-203 and -203.5, C.R.S. (the “CAB”), and BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC., a Colorado corporation (the “Consultant”) (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
