Robert Lee Jayne is requesting approval of an annexation agreement for property he owns at 1204 Carroll Avenue. The property consists of approximately 0.463 acres and is located south of Perkins Road and east of Carroll Avenue in what is commonly referred to as the Carroll Addition. (See Exhibit A) There was a dilapidated mobile home manufactured in 1973 and two sheds located on the property. The owner replaced the 1973 mobile home with a newer mobile home in better condition. (Photos of the new mobile home can be found in Exhibit B.) The new mobile home is 14 feet by 70 feet and was manufactured in 1979. The previous mobile home was 24 feet by 50 feet.
